Sharp car, took a GT out for a test drive, WOW!

Only thing holding me back from purchasing one is that I did buy a 2006 Torrent (first year) and had a few "start-up bugs" that were eventually fixed under warranty, but a real inconvenience (rear hub bearing; AC blowing hot air/freezing up on long trips, twice; passenger seat leather stretched out). How have your g8's been so far?

Welcome to the forumZ. Anytime you buy a vehicle in its first year of production there is that chance of things not working right. The G8 seems to have a good track record so far. I would take the chance.

Hello and welcome to the ForumZ I have to agree with Zonestar first year for any car can have it's problems but this car has been made and sold in Australia as the Holden Commodore SS for 2 to 3 years so I tink most of the bugs are out time will tell.
