OK everything here is based on a 1 to 10 scale. With 10 being the highest rating. g8V6
FE2 Suspension 8.75 Could be a little tighter. But somewhere between
the FE2 and the FE3 suspensions. 45mph crosswinds kept the car at 60/65MPH, over Lake Pontchatrain Causeway (24 mile over water.
STEERING - 9.0 Really wanted to give it a 9.5 I think the stock Bridgestone Summer Performance are the culprit. Affects the FE2 as well.
GAS MILAGE - 8.0 Averaging about 23 MPG Combined
ENGINE - 8.75 Good power for a 6 Cylinder. Wish it had the Diect Injected. 304 HP Engine growl??? I like the exhaust as the reviews said "Throaty"
TRANSMISSION - 8.5 have some questions on the shift points. Are there any TSB or other postings. I would have preferred the 6 spd MY or even a 5 spd MT.
SOUND SYSTEM - 8.0 to 8.5 I have heard worse.
CONTROLS/RADIO/AC/WIPERS/CRUISE - 9 - Once you understand the logic and why. The thought process is OK.
DRIVER INFO 10 No doubt a strong point. The triple Analog guages are needed. They set this car apart. I could care less about a GPS built in or even factory Bluetooth. I am glad that the real input of $$$ went into the Steering/Handling and hopefully a well matched drive train.
Overall Impression and value: I would take it over a BMW 3 series and quite possibly the 5 Series.
