It was pretty easy once i found a good spot to jack the car up on. The calipers are really easy to take off. I tried the spray paint for calipers (found at auto zone) but didn't really work to well so I sanded it down and used hand paint, just a reg caliper paint set, found any where. The results look great I thought. I also put on decals, witch I bought from Xenonmods (http://www.xenonmods.com)

Are you concerned about paint tarnishing if the brakes get too warm?

no not really because it's caliper paint and can stand up to high degrees. so i'm not to worried about that.

Looks awesome! I'm unemployed now so I'm looking for something to do...found something!
autozone has the VHT spray caliper paint. is that what you tried to use? it looks like it would work fine. My question is how will the paint hold up to washing? Its kind of hard to get in there with the wheel on with a wash mit you know...so if a guy were to use the car wash, would the hard stream peel the paint off? What kind of sand paper did you use too?
